Add some tangy crunch to your tacos, with this easy to make relish.
: 1 cup
- 1 medium white onion
- 1 or 2 fresh jalapeños (I used 2)
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Cut onion lengthwise into slivers
- Cut jalapeños lengthwise in half remove and discard seeds
- Cut jalapeños in slivers or dice as I did
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Let stand, covered, at room temperature 2 hours to blend flavors.
